NVRA Asphalt & Parking Lot Improvements
Resurfacing larger sections of existing pavement, targeted repairs, and updates to the parking areas.
Project Overview
Chamberlain Contractors recently completed pavement improvements at a commerical prooerty in Manassas, Virginia. The project included resurfacing approximately 3,765 yards of existing asphalt, along with targeted repairs across another 430 yards. These improvements helped refresh key areas of the property while addressing pavement needs throughout the site.
The project also included parking lot striping, curb painting, and power washing of the existing yellow curbs. New striping included parking spaces, ADA markings, a stop bar, and a crosswalk. Together, the improvements created a cleaner, more organized parking area while reflecting Chamberlain’s focus on quality workmanship and well-maintained commercial properties.
Project Challenge
The property needed improvements across several pavement areas, from larger sections requiring resurfacing to smaller areas needing repairs. The work also included updating parking lot markings and curbs to create a cleaner, more functional space.
Scope of Work
Chamberlain milled and repaved approximately 3,765 yards of asphalt in one area and completed targeted pavement repairs across approximately 430 yards in another. The team also updated parking lot striping, painted curbs, and power washed existing yellow curbs. The striping work included parking spaces, ADA markings, a stop bar, and a crosswalk.
Project Outcome
The completed improvements refreshed key areas of the property and gave the parking areas a cleaner, more organized appearance. The combination of new pavement, targeted repairs, and updated markings helped create a more functional and well-maintained space.
