Project Overview
Chamberlain Contractors completed pavement improvements for a commercial retail property in Cockeysville, Maryland. The project addressed areas of deteriorated pavement throughout the property and included asphalt milling and paving, parking lot striping, drainage structure repairs, and the installation of new concrete wheel blocks.
The improvements helped refresh the property’s parking areas while addressing several maintenance needs across the site. By combining pavement improvements with updated parking lot features and drainage repairs, Chamberlain Contractors helped create a cleaner, more functional environment for the property’s customers, tenants, and visitors.
