Project Overview
Chamberlain Contractors recently completed pavement improvements at an HOA community in Silver Spring, Maryland. The project included milling and repaving approximately 4,875 square yards of existing asphalt, giving key roads throughout the community a refreshed, smoother surface. The team also installed speed bumps as part of the roadway improvements.
The project also included updated parking lot striping for 162 spaces, along with curb scraping and painting. By combining roadway improvements with parking area updates, Chamberlain helped create a cleaner, more organized community for HOA residents and visitors while delivering a durable finished surface.
Project Challenge
The property needed improvements across both its pavement and parking areas while maintaining a functional space for residents and visitors. The project also included adding speed bumps and updating parking lot markings throughout the site.
Scope of Work
Chamberlain milled and repaved approximately 4,875 square yards of existing asphalt. The team also installed speed bumps and updated the parking areas with new striping, 162 parking spaces, and curb scraping and painting.
Project Outcome
The completed work refreshed the pavement throughout key areas of the community while giving the parking areas a cleaner, more organized appearance. The improvements helped create a smoother surface and updated the property’s overall parking and roadway layout.
