We believe in doing the job the right way. That means providing the tools, training, and support our employees need to deliver services safely and efficiently from start to finish. This helps us minimize delays and reduce the risk of accidents and injuries on the job.
Protecting Our People Through…
Safety Training
We provide all employees with comprehensive safety training that’s tailored to their job duties. This training includes lessons on hazard recognition, equipment operation, and emergency response procedures.
Job Site Inspections
We perform routine inspections of our job sites to identify potential hazards and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
We provide our work crews with the appropriate PPE for their job duties. This includes hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, high visibility vests, and respiratory protection as needed.
Safety Committees
Each job site has a designated safety committee that’s dedicated to promoting safety awareness and encouraging employees to uphold all safety standards. These committees meet regularly throughout the year to review safety performance, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies for accident prevention.
Incident Reporting & Investigation
We require immediate reporting for all workplace incidents, including near-misses. We also conduct thorough investigations of all incidents to develop solutions that will prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
Continuous Improvement
We continuously evaluate our safety program to identify areas for improvement. We welcome feedback from our employees and customers to help us identify areas where we can enhance our safety performance.
